The Glen Rock Green Team will be offering volunteer internships to students and recent college graduates.  All internship positions are volunteer based, but we will be happy to sign-off on volunteer hours, provide letters of recommendation, and work with your college so credit can be earned.

Students should NOT be afraid to apply based on lack of skills or experience. We are looking for hardworking interns who are available to attend weekly meetings and work from home.

Internship length: Sept 26th to Nov 21st
Weekly meetings: Every Thursday from 7:30-8:30pm at the Environmental Education Center or Boro Hall.
Special project: Oct 5th and 6th Interns will work to build a Rain Garden at the GR Pool.
Extra meetings: If needed, interns will attend additional meetings and activities as needed.
Homework: HW is at a minimum; most of the work will get done during the internship meetings.
Communications: Every intern must check in on email and GroupMe DAILY.

Interns will work with the Green Team
to support the Year of Air and Water educational campaign by:
- Creating educational videos

- Talking with business owners and residents
- Doing internet research
- Hanging flyers
- Writing Press Releases
- Monitoring Social Media Platforms (Facebook and Insta)
